You rent a bike and get to pedal to as many bodegas as you wish/can during the day. It\'s a great way to take in the scenery. Plus, most bodegas in Mendoza only get organized tours as you are not allowed to just drive up to most of them, so if you bike it you may get to bodegas that others don\'t.
