Hello and thank you for such a wonderfull site. Some questions:
1)I am interested in renting an apartment, what would be the best city (if you can, cross streets) to aim for? I want something very cnetral and close to many things, and safe. I am thinking Palermo.
2) What will the weather be like Feb/March?
Hi there. I think Palermo sounds like what you are looking for. Las Canitas is also a really nice area as is Recoleta. In Palermo, Borges, or Serrano would be streets you would like to be located close to, if not on. (They are the same street but change names.) Palermo has several different sections, like Soho, Hollywood, etc. If you want to be close to the Subte D, which I recommend, you also want to be near Santa Fe Avenue, close to the Palermo stop.

2) The summer ends on march 21st, so Feb/March are still hot, especially in February when temperatures may reach 35/38 Celsius. It is a great time to come to Arentina, still summer, but not as hot as January. Lots more info on our Argentina weather page.

Thank you for this great information both of you, I was wondering some of the same things as Brian and I think that you have resolved my questions :) I greatly appreciate your posts. I also was thinking of renting an apartment in Palermo so I am glad that this was answered with legitimate information :)
