Hi Travellers,
I am new here, this is an historical loft in san telmo, I want to tell you a bit about this two story.
first the story :
this passage was built in 1840 ( was an old house ) and occupied and populated mostly by Italians families, but originally was called '' Lujan's Bridge'' where Mr. Escobar lived with is family, and he was a humble fisherman and was born in Lujan and devoted to the virgin.
To some chance brought his fishing net with a bag full of gold coins, which are believed to belong to the treasure stolen by the British viceroy.
Escobar attributed this finding to a miracle of the virgin and thanks to each of his eleven children were found second name "Lujan," there is this place is known as the site of Lujancitos.
The fisherman used his fortune to charitable works.
nowadays there are lofts on it, but keeps the yard from the same time.
here is where we have this incredible two story.
In the heart of San Telmo you can find this historical loft, it was a house before and then has been demolished to build this nicely two story, in the entrance you have the beautiful private yard and full of plants maintaining the 50’s style, this yard was the living room.
